Two sides of one report.

The reporter's side

1. Open the link

   Your reporting page lives at a link you share. It works on any phone or computer, with no app to install and no account to create.

2. Pick a category and report

   They choose one of your categories and either write the report or record it. Recording happens in the browser.

3. Hear the disguised voice first

   The recording is pitch-shifted on their device. They play it back, pick a deeper or higher voice, and only then send. They can also choose transcript-only, in which case the recording is deleted once it's transcribed.

4. Keep the case number and key

   On sending, they get a case number and a secret key, shown once. Giving a name or contact details is optional, and the default is not to.

5. Follow up

   With the case number and key, they can come back any time to read your replies and add information. Handler names are never shown to the reporter.

The handler's side

1. An email says a case needs attention

   Only that. No category, no content. Everything about the report stays behind your sign-in.

2. Open the inbox

   Each case shows its acknowledge-by date (7 days) and feedback-by date (3 months). Overdue cases are flagged. So are cases with a new message from the reporter.

3. Read the case

   The written report, or the disguised recording with its transcript. If the reporter spoke another language, the transcript is translated into English too. Identity details appear only if the reporter chose to give them.

4. Reply, note, decide

   Your first reply is the acknowledgement. Messages go to the reporter; internal notes stay with you. Move the case through new, acknowledged, investigating and closed.

5. Keep the record

   Every view, reply, note and status change is in the audit log. When you need to delete a case for good, you can.
